At Solivina, we proudly support licensed professionals and wholesale partners. If you believe your purchase qualifies for sales tax exemption, please review the following policy before placing your order.
Tax-Exempt Eligibility
Sales tax exemption is available only for qualifying wholesale purchases made for resale in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
To be considered for tax-exempt status, you must:
- Provide a valid resale or sales tax exemption certificate that matches your business information.
- Receive approval from the Solivina team before placing tax-exempt orders.
- Meet our current wholesale program requirements.
Retail Orders
Submitting a resale or tax exemption certificate does not automatically exempt retail or non-qualifying purchases from sales tax. Orders that do not qualify under our wholesale program will be charged applicable sales tax.
Wholesale Requirements
Tax-exempt wholesale pricing is available to approved wholesale accounts that meet our current wholesale ordering requirements.
Verification
Solivina reserves the right to verify all resale certificates and tax exemption documentation. We may request additional information before approving tax-exempt status.
Changes to Tax Status
If your resale certificate expires, becomes invalid, or your business information changes, it is your responsibility to provide updated documentation. Failure to do so may result in sales tax being charged on future orders.
