Shipping Policy

At Solivina Hair Co., we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.


Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available.

Stylist & Bulk Orders
Larger or wholesale orders may require additional processing time. We’ll reach out directly if any delays are expected.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Solivina Hair Co. is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, Solivina Hair Co. is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding soon!
