We accept returns within 30 days—as long as the hair is unused and the packaging is still intact. Once the seal is broken, it’s final sale (for hygiene reasons).

Yes—kind of. We’re happy to assist if you email or DM us clear, natural-light photos, but for the most accurate match, your stylist is the go-to. They’ll know exactly what blends best with your hair.

Genius Wefts are ultra-thin, customizable extensions designed for precision installs. Unlike traditional hand-tied wefts, they feature no return hair, eliminating irritation and reducing bulk. Their flat, flexible structure allows for seamless layering—even on finer hair—while offering the strength to cut anywhere along the track without unraveling.

Luxury extensions deserve luxury care. We recommend using sulfate-free, hydrating products to maintain softness and prevent dryness. Always detangle gently, starting from the ends and working up with a loop or extension-safe brush. Before heat styling, apply a thermal protectant to preserve integrity and shine.
At night, sleep with hair loosely braided or wrapped in silk to minimize friction and maintain longevity. The better the care, the longer the wear—and Solivina strands are built to last.

For Keratin Bonds (K-Tips), we typically recommend wearing them for 3–5 months, depending on your natural hair type, lifestyle, and how well they’re maintained.
Genius Wefts are built for longer wear and can be reused for 8–12 months with proper care and reinstallation.

Our wefts are sold individually—each 18" weft contains 20g, and each 22" weft holds 25g of premium hair.
For our K-Tip extensions, each pack includes 15 pre-bonded pieces totaling 10.5g.
